Delivery & Returns
UK orders will be sent using Royal Mail , and we will endeavour to have your parcel with you within 7 days, when an order is placed before 12noon BST Monday - Friday.
All orders after 12noon BST will be despatched the following day.
General Delivery Policies
Delivery times are based on orders placed before 4pm BST on a working day (Monday - Friday), these will be processed and shipped providing that your payment has been accepted and your items are in stock.
Please Note: A person must be present at the address to collect the parcel(s). If nobody is present then a card will be left with information on how to collect your order.
All items must be returned as per our terms and conditions of sale. If an item is returned in a state that cannot be resold, then the product maybe refused and will be returned to the customer accordingly.
Please enclose a note with the reason for your return, your order number, and the items you wish to return and what you would like to do, i.e. return for a store credit, an exchange or full refund. Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags. We will only accept returned items unworn / un-damaged.
Please send your item back with a note advising what you would like to exchange the returning item for, once this is received then we shall exchange and send the replacement item out to you accordingly.

How do I return an item?
Please send the item back to our Returns Department undamaged/unworn and in the original packaging with all tags still attached, if an item is not returned in the same condition as it is received, i.e. damaged/worn, without the original packaging or tags etc, then a store credit, refund or an exchange maybe refused.
Do I have to pay to return an item?
You will need to pay for the return of an item, if the item is returned for an exchange then we will then cover the cost to have the replacement delivered back out to you.
Will I be refunded for the full value of the item returned?
Provided items are returned to the specification of how to return an item, i.e unworn/undamaged, then a full refund will be credited to the account used for purchase.
How long do I have to return an unwanted/Faulty item?
You have 21 days after receiving your purchase to return the item(s) to us, in the bags and with the tags attached as they were received. For any faulty item that you receive, you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to notify us of such fault but we will deal with any fault thereafter on a case by case basis.
What happens if i want to exchange an item for a more/less expensive item?
If you are exchanging an item for a more expensive item then you can either call for us to take further payment or advise us to rebill your previous account for the difference within the returned parcel. If the item is exchanged for a less expensive item then we will refund the difference back to the original account accordingly.
