5. How to Enter

To successfully enter any of the six individual daily giveaways, entrants must complete the following three (3) actions on the specific day's giveaway post during its designated entry window:

1. Follow the official Fescue & Dunes account.
2. Follow the official account of the featured vendor partner for that specific day (e.g., Johnnie-O, BlueTross, Harlestons, Seamus, TRUE Linkswear, or Sun Mountain).
3. Tag a friend in the comment section of the giveaway post.

Each unique tag counts as an entry. Entrants must complete a separate entry process on each specific day's post to be eligible for that day’s prize.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• One (1) winner will be randomly selected for each of the six (6) giveaways from all eligible entries received during each respective entry window.
• The Grand Announcement: All six (6) winners will be officially drawn, verified, and announced on Monday, July 20th.
• Winners will be notified via Direct Message (DM) exclusively by the official, verified Fescue & Dunes social media account.
• If the potential winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the first notification attempt, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
• For Canadian Residents Only: If a selected winner is a resident of Canada, they will be required to correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question administered via direct message or email without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, as a condition of receiving the prize. Failure to correctly answer the question within forty-eight (48) hours will result in forfeiture of the prize. 
• Important: Fescue & Dunes will never ask for credit card information or point you to an external registration link to claim your prize. Beware of copycat accounts.

7. Prize Conditions & Shipping

• Prizes include standard shipping to addresses within North America, the UK, and Europe.
• Winners are responsible for any local customs, duties, or import taxes that may apply upon delivery outside the domestic shipping origins.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative sizing/styles unless explicitly offered by the sponsoring brand based on inventory availability.
• The actual value of prizes may vary based on current market conditions and specific style availability. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the prize will not be awarded in cash.
• All Access Travel Credit prize valued at $1,000 are valid only toward a future international golf trip booked through All Access Golf Travel and have no cash value. Credits may not be applied to existing bookings, existing reservations, previously issued quotes, deposits already paid, or trips already under contract. Travel credits will be applied as a deduction from the final payment balance of the qualifying trip. Travel must be booked and deposited within 12 months of prize acceptance. Credits may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or exchanged.

8. Publicity & Privacy

By accepting a prize, the winner grants Fescue & Dunes the right to use their social media handle and/or name for promotional purposes across social channels and email marketing without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Any personal data collected (e.g., shipping address) will be used solely for prize fulfillment.

9. Release of Liability & Platform Disclaimer

By participating, entrants release Fescue & Dunes, Johnnie-O, BlueTross, Harlestons, Seamus, TRUE Linkswear, All Access Golf Travel and Events and Sun Mountain from any liability associated with the acceptance, receipt, or use of any prize.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or The R&A (Royal Birkdale). Entrants completely release said platforms and organizations from any and all liability.

10. Entry Limit; Prohibited Practices

Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, limit the number of entries per person, per email address, per household, and/or per social media account to a reasonable amount in order to prevent abuse or undue advantage. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, accounts, registrations, logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and may result in disqualification. Use of any automated system, scripts, bots, macro tools, or other means to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification of all associated entries.

11. Right to Disqualify

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual and void all associated entries that Sponsor reasonably believes (i) has tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; (ii) has submitted entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, corrupted, or not in accordance with these Official Rules; or (iii) is acting in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive, or potentially harmful manner. Sponsor’s decisions as to all matters related to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and selection of the winners are final and binding.

12. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR & CCPA Compliant)

Any personal data provided by the winner (name, shipping address, email) will be used solely for the administration and fulfillment of this prize. Data will be processed in accordance with the Sponsors' respective privacy policies and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for shipping. UK/EU entrants have the right to access, object to, or restrict the processing of their data.

13. Governing Law

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without giving effect to any choice of law rules, provided that consumers residing in the UK/EU retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
