Official Rules: County Sligo Golf Club x Fescue & Dunes Global Giveaway

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and member states of the European Union (excluding Italy) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of County Sligo Golf Club and Fescue & Dunes, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter or win. Void in Italy and where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins on September 11, 2026, and ends on October 28, 2026, at 11:59 PM BST / 6:59 PM EDT (the "Promotion Period").

3. How to Enter

To enter, submit a valid, verified email address on the official giveaway landing page during the Promotion Period. Existing subscribers may enter by confirming their email address via the designated entry form on the landing page.

Limit: One (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be disqualified.

4. Prize & Logistics

  • Grand Prize: One (1) custom County Sligo Golf Club logoed Mackenzie golf bag.
  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,000 USD / £800 GBP / €930 EUR.
  • Shipping, Duties, and Taxes: The Sponsor will cover all standard international shipping costs. For winners residing within the European Union, the Sponsor will prepay any applicable EU import customs duties, clearance fees, and Import VAT so the prize is delivered completely free of charge to the winner.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 29, 2026, from all eligible entries received.

  • The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry.
  • The winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize, or fails to provide a valid shipping address within the required timeframe, an alternate winner will be selected.
  • For Canadian Residents Only: If a selected winner is a resident of Canada, they will be required to correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question administered via direct message or email without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, as a condition of receiving the prize. Failure to correctly answer the question within forty-eight (48) hours will result in forfeiture of the prize. 

6. Entry Limit; Prohibited Practices

Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, limit the number of entries per person, per email address, and/or per household, to a reasonable amount in order to prevent abuse or undue advantage. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, accounts, registrations, logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and may result in disqualification. Use of any automated system, scripts, bots, macro tools, or other means to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification of all associated entries.

 

7. Right to Disqualify

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual and void all associated entries that Sponsor reasonably believes (i) has tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; (ii) has submitted entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, corrupted, or not in accordance with these Official Rules; or (iii) is acting in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive, or potentially harmful manner. Sponsor’s decisions as to all matters related to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and selection of the winners are final and binding.


 8. General Conditions & Data Privacy

  • Data Privacy (GDPR & UK DPA): By entering, you agree to provide your personal data (email address) to County Sligo Golf Club and Fescue & Dunes. For residents of the UK and the European Union, your data will be processed in strict accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK Data Protection Act 2018.
  • Right to Unsubscribe: Entrants have the right to access, rectify, or request the erasure of their personal data, and may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link provided in any email footer. Unsubscribing will not affect an entrant's chances of winning during the Promotion Period.
  • Governing Law: This promotion is governed jointly by the laws of Ireland (for UK/EU/Canada entrants) and the State of Maryland (for US entrants).
