Never Lose a Sale to an Empty Shelf

Fescue & Dunes Direct Ship is an in-store module for the pro shop — when the size, color, or style a golfer wants isn't on the rack, staff can sell it anyway, decorated on demand and shipped straight to the golfer's door.

A pro shop can only stock so much. Direct Ship puts an additional catalog in reach at the point of sale — through a simple in-store module golfers already know how to use — and routes the order into the same decorate-on-demand and fulfillment engine that powers the Marketplace and standalone stores. The shop closes the sale; we handle everything after that.

SIGNATURE FLOW

How it works at the counter

They want something shipped or a size, color, or item isn't in stock — a common moment in any pro shop.

The golfer asks for it

Using the Direct Ship QR codes, the golfer places the order on Shopify in minutes.

The golfer places the order

The item is decorated on demand and shipped directly to the golfer — no shop inventory involved.

We decorate & fulfill

The sale is credited to the club just like any other Fescue & Dunes order.

Seamless E-commerce for your club

Extends the shelf, not the headcount

  • Golfers use QR codes and a Shopify storefront, something nearly all consumers know today.
  • No additional inventory, storage, or shipping handled by the club.

Launch new brands or extend current ones

  • Draws on a select, curated catalog of brands on the Marketplace and standalone stores today.
  • Extended sizes, colors, and styles become sellable even when they're not physically in stock.

Fits any club

  • Pro shops have limited space – with Direct Ship you can try 5 new brands with only 4 feet of rack space.
  • A natural complement to both — capturing sales the shelf alone would miss.

Same royalty model

  • Direct Ship sales are treated the same as Marketplace and standalone sales for royalty and reporting purposes.
  • Shops buy only the sample kit to start.

They don't just sit back once a club is signed up and hope sales start coming through. With initiatives like the the in-store pop-up displays, they're doing a lot to build our brand, generate valuable customer data and create opportunities for future marketing.

They're smart, they're enthusiastic, they're professional and they're passionate about what they're building. Those qualities are surprisingly rare. They go the extra mile. They listen. They understand what clubs need and they're always looking for ways to improve what they do.
