Building Digital Commerce for Destination Golf

Fescue & Dunes integrates in-shop and online commerce for golf clubs and their pro shops — so every club, member, and visiting golfer can buy branded apparel and merch, wherever they are.

What we do

Pro shops have always sold apparel and merchandise on site, in a short window, to golfers who play there. Fescue & Dunes Marketplace, Private E-commerce, and Direct Ship services expand a club’s ability to sell online and offer more products in person – without requiring clubs to carry inventory, run e-commerce, or manage fulfillment themselves.

We use the same infrastructure across three business lines, each solving a different part of the same problem. Our Brand Studio helps clubs that need to refine their logo, develop an ‘alt’ logo, or completely rebrand so that they can sell more apparel and merchandise.

A single site that brings together destination golf clubs from around the world, so traveling golfers can browse and buy official club merchandise long after they've returned home.

Dedicated, club-branded e-commerce sites for private clubs that aren't part of the Marketplace, or for destination clubs on the Marketplace that also need their own dedicated storefront.

Standalone E-Commerce

An in-store module that lets pro shop staff sell what's not on the shelf — sizes, colors, and styles — decorated on demand and shipped straight to the golfer, using the same fulfillment engine behind the Marketplace.

From our partners

James Caldwell

As far as we are concerned it's all benefit with no downside. It's a new marketing channel that increases our exposure that also helps us gather contact details of our visitors. There is no negative impact on shop sales as it targets people that are not on the property anymore and just gives them the chance to buy something that they didn't get time to purchase when they were here.

It's not just about selling clothing. It's about getting the Dooks brand out into the golfing world and keeping the club visible to golfers who are passionate about discovering great places to play.

Every line above sells merchandise carrying a club's logo — some clubs need our Brand Studio to refine an existing logo, develop an alternate mark, or create a wholly new one: a design that represents the club's history and story, and that embroiders cleanly at any scale.

Year-Round Marketing

Our marketing keeps your club in front of golfers

A pro shop only gets a golfer's attention while they're on property. We keep every partner club in front of that same golfer long after they've gone home — through our multi-channel digital marketing engine that drives golfers to the Marketplace and standalone stores.

No inventory. No added headcount.
HOW IT WORKS

No inventory. No added headcount.

Across all three lines, Fescue & Dunes owns the inventory, handles decoration, and manages fulfillment. Clubs don't stock extra product, hire e-commerce staff, or manage a shipping operation — they license their brand and we do the rest.
